Competency and Certification Programs
In addition to the delivery and facilitation of training courses and programs, Nick Shepherd has developed a strong reputation for the design and development of specific training programs and workshops for clients.
In addition Nick has worked with clients, including non profit professional organizations to define, develop and deploy their programs for certification. This work included the identification of core areas such as knowledge, skills, attitudes required (sometimes referred to as competencies); the identification of common bodies of knowledge to support such "learning's" and the development of assessment programs that ensure individuals being certified meet the qualification requirements.
Nick has also developed an understanding of how the design of such programs must be structured in order to meet the requirements of the ISO 17024 Standard.
