We go beyond the traditional approach by helping organizations also understand the high impact on value and organizational sustainability of intangible assets. This includes organizational capital (process management and control, innovation and capacity for continual improvement), relationship capital (impact of clients, customers and others such as distributors and channels) and human capital. We help identify, value, track and enhance intangibles and start to develop effective performance score cards.
