Process and Quality Management
Organizational processes consume resources and therefore drive cost structures; failure to apply quality management techniques to core proceses results in wasted money and dissatisfied customers, clients and employees.
We have worked with clients, in particular in the service and public sectors to analyze, improve and deploy processes. Our work typically integrates process control, risk management and quality improvement as well as aligning to corporate capacity through the identification of core knowledge required for effective process management.
As an example we assisted a major government department integrate two major audit processes into a single stream, improving the integrity of the process through better process engineering, identification of key tools such as work templates and the development of a strategy for knowledge transfer of retiring staff.
