Skills Development for Controllers
Controllers bring core skills to any organization that they work with. EduVision has created and delivered a number of professional development programs that focus on Controllership. These include an Introduction to Controllership based on the popular “Controllers Handbook” written by Nick Shepherd, FCMC, FCCA, CGA; a 3 day intensive program on “The Essentials of Controllership” and a 2 Day “Advanced Costing and Management Decision Making for Controllers.”
