Interest in our book

“Reflective Leaders and High-Performance Organizations” authored by Dr. Peter Smyth and myself was published in 2012 and it seems that as always the problem is exposure and marketing. Everyone who reads the book agrees with our positions and raves about the value of our ideas. The book has already been adopted by the Institute of Citizen-Centred Service – a think tank and centre of excellence in the public sector as a required reader for its leadership development programs! We both hope we get many more hits on the book – after all today’s theme on leadership seems to growing around building relationships – the core of the book.
