EduVision was formed in 1977 and since 1992 has been led
by Nick Shepherd; EduVision, being a virtual company had
developed strong working relationships with a team of other
independent professionals who share our mission and values
and bring their specific areas of expertise to our projects.
While EduVision only has two full time employees the company
has developed a number of key strategic alliances with other
organizations and individuals that complement our own internal
capabilities. These relationships include:

Nick started consulting, training and facilitation
in 1989 after a successful career in general management
and finance. Nick splits his time between designing
and delivery of professional development workshops,
and consultancy projects in areas such as corporate
governance, leadership development, strategy and planning,
and operational management. |

M.Sc.Ed, MSW., PH.D, OACCPP
Dr. Peter Smyth, has worked with Nick for over 20
years and provides leading edge consulting and development
support with clients in areas of leadership and team
development. |

Bernard Gingras
M.Sc. MBA., PMP, CQIA, CMC
Bernie has worked with Nick for over 15 years and
is a leading consultant in areas of project management;
service quality, service standards and performance
improvement and measurement systems, in particular
in the public sector. Bernie is fluently trilingual
(English, French, and Spanish). |

John has worked with Nick for over 10 years and focuses
in the areas of planning and strategy, service management
and improvement, evaluative analysis and performance

Lynn and Nick have worked together for about 20 years;
Lynn has strong credentials in quality and process
management and is currently (2010-11) completing her
Executive MBA. |

20 years; Heather is past CEO of the Canadian Association
of Management Consultants and has extensive experience
in Association and Not-for-Profit organizational design

workshop for about 10 years, in particular in the
areas of governance and risk management. Karen is
a leading speaker and consultant in the area of Treasury
